This is a fund-raiser with a recommended donation of $20 (children 12 and under free). Donations $100 and more are tax deductible.

The concert runs from 4-8 p.m., July 5 at the Kwataqnuk Casino outdoor patio. A mix of bands and guest speakers will rally attention about this important issue. Bands include Kenny Lee Lewis and Frenz with Billy Peterson formerly of the Steve Miller Band, Linda McKenzie and Gen Huitt performing “Missing” with Kenny Lee Lewis, and local musicians will be invited into a musician jam. A number of speakers are invited from band members, local law enforcement, tribal leaders, MMIP members along with key law enforcement dedicated to MMIP.

The FrenZ. A group of like-minded San Joaquin Valley-raised musician/singer/songwriters who enjoy coming together and paying homage to the Golden Era of 60s-70s Classic Rock, R&B and mild Prog. The FrenZ also offer up original songs and rearrangements of that era.

A New Orleans native now living between Nashville & Montana, Linda Mckenzie is an American singer/songwriter influenced by delta blues, southern rock, Americana-roots, pop-country and folk. Linda's voice has been featured on national radio jingles, countless Nashville music demos, as well as her own original music. Lyrics that speak of the reality (and sometimes comedy) of life, love, and matters of daily living.

Gen Huitt Performing Artist

Native American folk singer, songwriter, and story-teller, Gen Huitt remains close to her roots on Montana’s Flathead Indian Reservation. Gen is a member of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes and grew up in St. Ignatius, MT.
